Who runs AdvokatX Pravo, how the texts are made, where the sources come from, how we use AI tools, and how errors are corrected.
AdvokatX Pravo is a free legal-information service: plain-language guides to Serbian law, organised by the situation a reader is in - what to do, by when, and what it costs.
Who runs the site
The site is run by the sole proprietorship Nikola Arsić PR NA DOTCOM, a software business that develops AdvokatX, software for law firms. The full service provider details (business name, registered address, registration number, tax ID) are in the Terms of use.
AdvokatX is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The texts on the portal are general information and do not replace a lawyer's advice on your specific case.
How a text is made
- Sources. Every text starts from the law in force. We use official sources: the Legal Information System of the Republic of Serbia (pravno-informacioni-sistem.rs) with consolidated texts of laws, the Official Gazette, and the websites of the courts, the Business Registers Agency, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, the Republic Geodetic Authority and the Serbian Bar Association.
- Drafting. We prepare texts with the help of artificial intelligence tools: for searching legislation, comparing articles and producing a first draft.
- Checking. Every specific claim - a deadline, a court fee, an article of law, the competent authority - is checked against the official text of the law. What we cannot confirm from an official source we do not publish as fact.
- Review. Texts are reviewed by a licensed lawyer before publication.
- Sources on the page. Each text ends with the laws and sources it relies on, linked to the official texts.
Updates and corrections
The "Last updated" date on each page changes when the content of the text changes, for example after a change in the law or a correction. We follow changes in legislation and update the texts when the law changes.
If you notice an error or outdated information, tell us through the "Report an error" link at the bottom of each text or at office@advokatx.rs. We check every report and correct the text if it is well founded.
Contact with a lawyer
If you need legal help with a specific case, the contact form forwards your enquiry to a licensed lawyer we work with. The lawyer contacts you directly, and representation and fees are agreed with them. We charge nothing, neither to you nor to the lawyer, for forwarding an enquiry. How the site is funded
The portal is free and carries no paid placements or advertising. Its costs are covered by sales of the AdvokatX software to law firms.
