Cookie policy
Which cookies the AdvokatX website sets, on which pages, how long they last and why they need no consent.
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie set by advokatx.rs, including the legal portal under /pravo. The Serbian version of this page is the governing one.
In short
- Content pages (articles, guides, pricing, laws in brief) set no cookies at all.
- Only pages with a form set two strictly necessary cookies: the contact page and the calculator pages (procedural deadlines, attorney fee tariff, limitation periods).
- We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, social media or visitor tracking, and the site loads no third-party content that would set them.

Both cookies are encrypted, are sent only over an encrypted connection and are not sent to other sites. Alongside the advokatx_session cookie the server briefly keeps a session record with the IP address and browser data, which is deleted after the session expires. Details of that data are in the Privacy policy.
Is consent needed
No. The Serbian Electronic Communications Act ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 35/2023), Article 160, requires consent for storing data on a user's device, but not for technical storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. Both cookies are set only on pages where you use a form and serve only to make that form work securely. That is why the site shows no cookie consent banner.
If we ever introduced cookies that are not strictly necessary, for example for analytics, we would ask for your consent before setting them and update this page.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies from this site, content pages will work normally, but submitting the contact form and the calculators will not.
